Current Responsibilities

Heather Bell is the Leasing Manager at Crescent Canyon Management. Mrs. Bell has grown the leasing division filling over 1,000 vacancies. She oversees 10 employees who  report to her on leasing projects throughout the portfolio. She has efficiently led 25+  building lease-ups (ranging from 4 to 50 units) implementing tech-forward and innovative leasing strategies to fill vacancies quickly. 

With a background in real estate and customer service, she has successfully led leasing  and sales training courses and closely monitors her leasing team. Heather is proud of the  hiring and mentoring of many employees including leasing agents, resident managers,  and area managers. 

Heather Bell regularly consults on California fair housing rights, negotiation strategies,  customer care and leasing best practices. She is a results-oriented leader who believes company culture differentiates Crescent Canyon in the marketplace, leading her team in delivering personalized and strategic client service. 

Previous experience 

Heather has more than 10 years of real estate and property management experience.  Prior to her leasing manager role, she was an area manager and leasing agent for  Crescent Canyon. She has gained first hand experience from the ground, up. Through  hard work, dedication and drive she was promoted within the firm. 

Prior to joining Crescent Canyon in 2017, Heather was a realtor and a professional  assistant to a luxury top sales agent in Brentwood. She's personally sold 15+ homes and  assisted in selling 100+ homes representing both buyers and sellers. She broke the  record for highest price per square foot sold in the Playa del Rey Pacific Club HOA and  has won many multiple offer bid wars on behalf of her clients. She has extensive training  in various sales and negotiation techniques. She's created business from cold calls, open  houses and has led various informational seminars with topics ranging from first time  home buyers, 1031 exchanges, and purchasing income property. She still holds an active  broker's license and occasionally sells residential homes for friends, family and close  referrals. 

Education and affiliations 

Mrs. Bell graduated from Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver with a  Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in International Business and a Spanish  Language Minor. She is a member of the Greater Los Angeles Realtors Association.
