JON SNOW

Co-Founder | Licensed Real Estate Broker


Crescent Canyon Management co-founder Jon Snow is a Licensed Real Estate Broker with more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, property operations, asset management, leasing, construction oversight, and investment analysis. Jon has extensive experience overseeing residential, multifamily, retail, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use real estate assets, with a strong emphasis on operational performance, value preservation, and strategic asset management.


Throughout his career, Jon has worked directly with fiduciaries, trustees, conservators, attorneys, receivers, lenders, and estate representatives in the management of transitional, distressed, and court-related real estate matters. His experience includes operational oversight of assets requiring sophisticated management, tenant stabilization, financial controls, risk mitigation, compliance management, leasing strategy, and capital improvement coordination.


Jon also previously led the REO (Real Estate Owned) division for Opus Bank, where he managed troubled and bank-owned real estate assets during periods of operational transition and financial distress. In that role, he oversaw the stabilization, preservation, repositioning, and disposition of distressed properties while coordinating with lenders, asset managers, attorneys, contractors, brokers, and third-party professionals. This background provides Jon with substantial expertise in complex asset transitions, operational recovery strategies, risk management, and maximizing value under challenging circumstances.


In addition to his operational experience, Jon’s background includes asset acquisition, due diligence, strategic investment analysis, construction coordination, and institutional-level property management practices. His leadership philosophy emphasizes proactive communication, disciplined operations, financial accountability, and long-term value preservation for fiduciaries and ownership groups alike.

Will Vogt 

Co-Founder | Licensed General Contractor


Will Vogt is a Licensed General Contractor and Co-owner of SoCal Canyon Builders (www.socalcanyon.com) with extensive experience in construction management, project execution, facilities oversight, capital improvements, and property condition evaluation. His professional background combines hands-on construction expertise with large-scale institutional project management experience supporting nationally recognized organizations and corporate real estate environments.


Prior to co-founding SoCal Canyon Builders, Will held construction and project management roles involving complex commercial facilities, operational infrastructure, vendor coordination, budgeting, compliance oversight, and capital project execution for major Fortune 10 organizations, including JLL, Bank of America, and UnitedHealth Group.

Will’s experience managing construction operations within institutional and corporate environments provides clients with a sophisticated understanding of building systems, deferred maintenance, construction defects, code compliance, project budgeting, vendor management, and operational risk mitigation. His practical, solutions-oriented approach allows fiduciaries and ownership groups to make informed decisions regarding repairs, renovations, maintenance strategy, and asset preservation.
