With over a decade of real estate experience, Will has a proven track record in institutional commercial project management and operations for Fortune 50 commercial real estate portfolios.
Will began his career in real estate by successfully creating and operating a boutique construction firm catering to a mix of multi-family ownership groups and private celebrity clients in Los Angeles, CA. A transition into commercial construction project management and land development for a small privately held firm further deepened his project management skill set and refined his investor management approach prior to joining the global leader in commercial real estate, Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL).
For nearly a decade, as a Senior Project Manager at JLL, Will managed large-scale capital plan construction project work for Fortune 50 clients while overseeing new account initiatives, change management practices and program process improvements for teams that actively managed over 1,000 projects valued at over $170MM annually. Having implemented and overseen nationwide programs focused on professional development and executive leadership, Will was awarded JLL’s highest award for innovation (DaVinci) for his transformational onboarding program. He consults on culture, executive and professional development for Special Olympics Southern California as well as private clients.
In addition to being a LEED BD+C accredited project manager, Will also holds a Project Management Professional certification. Will followed up a Bachelor in Fine Arts undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California (USC) with an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at USC and an MRED from the Dollinger Master of Real Estate Development Program at the Price School of Public Policy at USC.
Will serves on the Board of Directors for Special Olympics Southern California and is the Chair of its Human Resources and Leadership Enhancement Executive Committee.
