Jon Snow
Jon Snow has over 12 years of commercial real estate management and investment experience. Jon has managed over 4,700 units in the Southwest U.S, including California, Oklahoma, Texas and New Mexico. He has managed a professional staff of over 60 management employees with an annual portfolio revenue exceeding $16MM. While working for Riverstone Residential (formerly Stratus Real Estate) Jon managed a 1,200 unit portfolio in the Greater Los Angeles Area, delivering best in class results to value-add stalwarts Bascom Group and Pacific Urban Residential (Formerly Pacific Property Co).Jon utilizes a highly analytical approach to asset management which infuses data-based metrics into operational strategies, consistently achieving superior management results. As the Director of Acquisition for several privately owned Southern California based multifamily investment firms, including MJW Investments, Calera Investment Group and Interstate Equities Corp, Jon led and participated in the acquisition and successful reposition of $350MM of multifamily apartments, totaling 1,974 units.

With direct experience structuring and financing joint venture real estate deals, Jon has sourced debt and equity from institutional sources such as BlackRock Realty, Centerline Capital, Mesa West Capital and L&B Realty Advisors.

Jon holds an MRED from the Dollinger Master of Real Estate Development Program at the Price School of Public Policy at USC, an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at USC, and a BARCH in Architecture from USC.

Will Vogt
Will Vogt
With over a decade of real estate experience, Will has a proven track record in institutional commercial project management and operations for Fortune 50 commercial real estate portfolios.

Will began his career in real estate by successfully creating and operating a boutique construction firm catering to a mix of multi-family ownership groups and private celebrity clients in Los Angeles, CA. A transition into commercial construction project management and land development for a small privately held firm further deepened his project management skill set and refined his investor management approach prior to joining the global leader in commercial real estate, Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL).

For nearly a decade, as a Senior Project Manager at JLL, Will managed large-scale capital plan construction project work for Fortune 50 clients while overseeing new account initiatives, change management practices and program process improvements for teams that actively managed over 1,000 projects valued at over $170MM annually. Having implemented and overseen nationwide programs focused on professional development and executive leadership, Will was awarded JLL’s highest award for innovation (DaVinci) for his transformational onboarding program. He consults on culture, executive and professional development for Special Olympics Southern California as well as private clients.

In addition to being a LEED BD+C accredited project manager, Will also holds a Project Management Professional certification. Will followed up a Bachelor in Fine Arts undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California (USC) with an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at USC and an MRED from the Dollinger Master of Real Estate Development Program at the Price School of Public Policy at USC.

Will serves on the Board of Directors for Special Olympics Southern California and is the Chair of its Human Resources and Leadership Enhancement Executive Committee.
