Current responsibilities 


Jon Snow has over 20 years’ experience in the field of commercial real estate. CCM is a  fully integrated and highly specialized real estate services company, offering it’s clients the  full suite of real estate services: Property management, Leasing, Asset Management, Due  Diligence and Strategic Investment Guidance, Construction Management, and certified  General Contracting. Jon Snow and Will Vogt started Crescent Canyon Management  (CCM) 6 years ago to better manage a 12 unit property they purchased via their very first Investment Fund, citing the lack of quality property management companies in the sub institutional space (less than 100 units).


Jon runs the Property Management and Leasing divisions of CCM, which services mom and-pop owners as well as institutional groups with CalPERS equity, ranging from  individual units to 50 unit full-property luxury lease ups. 


Jon is also a founding partner of 4SC Capital Partners, a strategic investment firm focusing  on the Los Angeles multifamily value add business plan. The 4SC partners today have  sourced deals valued over $65 Million and continue to invest through today’s post-COVID  opportunistic landscape. 


Previous experience 


Prior to launching Crescent Canyon, Jon worked for Opus Bank, where he was the Vice  President of REO, having overseen a $200 Million distressed and banked owned real  estate portfolio, encompassing multifamily, commercial, and broken land development  deals. Prior to Opus, Jon worked for the privately held Los Angeles based investment firms  JRK Property Services, MJW Investments and Interstate Equities Corp. Prior to them, Jon  cut his teeth in property management at Stratus Real Estate / Riverstone / Greystar. 


Education and affiliations 


Jon holds an MRED from the Dollinger Master of Real Estate Development Program at the  Price School of Public Policy at the University of Southern California (USC), an MBA from  the Marshall School of Business at USC, and a BARCH in Architecture from USC.
