Current responsibilities 


Will Vogt is a Managing Director at Crescent Canyon Management   Construction. In  partnership with co-founder Jon Snow, Mr. Vogt has grown the firm from 12 units to 1,500  in 6 years, becoming the premier boutique property management firm in Los Angeles. 


With a background in technology implementations, he has successfully led the rollout and  adoption of software programs including Appfolio, Zenefits, and Basecamp. As a Class B  General Contractor, he successfully launched and oversees the 10 person Construction  division as a part of the larger 30+ Crescent Canyon team. Representing Crescent Canyon  Construction he has appeared multiple times on House Hunters Renovation on HGTV. 


Will Vogt also regularly consults on company culture, performance and career  management. He has consulted with Special Olympics, California Law Enforcement, and  other privately held companies in areas such as leveraging strengths, change management  and professional development. He is a results-oriented leader who believes company  culture differentiates Crescent Canyon in the marketplace, leading his team in delivering  personalized and strategic client service. 


Previous experience 


Will has more than 20 years of real estate and PMO management experience. 

Prior to launching Crescent Canyon in 2014, Will was the Global Process Excellence and  Learning & Development Lead for the United Health Group Account at JLL. A senior  member of the Performance Management team, he oversaw all new hire onboarding and  change management initiatives while identifying account-wide opportunities for process  improvement and innovation. 

Prior to that role, Will served as the Process & Standards Manager for the West and  Central regions on the Bank of America account. While in that role, he also served as  National Program Lead for Decommissioning, leading a team of over 60 Property and  Project resources to de-risk over 7MM sq/t. divested from the portfolio. His leadership  resulted in zero impacts to the Client metrics, with JLL being the only provider to achieve  flawless results. 


Will has a deep background in change management having successfully managed the  project plan for the largest Occupancy Planning transition in JLL history while also leading the Northwest Transition for project management on the BAC account in 2012. From 2008- 2012, Will was the project management platform subject matter expert responsible for the  design, development, and rollout of a $35MM project management software initiative (Skire was later purchased by Oracle as their in-house project management solution). 

Mr. Vogt has worked in various capacities including Construction, Project Management, Program Management, Process Management and Operations. Prior to joining Jones Lang  LaSalle in 2007, Mr. Vogt was a Project Manager for a privately held developer in the  Southern California market. Prior to that experience, he owned his own boutique  construction services company catering to private clients in the multifamily and single family  markets.  And in a life before that, he was an actor



Education and affiliations 


Mr. Vogt followed up a Bachelor in Fine Arts undergraduate degree from the University of  Southern California (USC) with an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at USC and  an MRED from the Dollinger Master of Real Estate Development Program at the Price School of Public Policy at USC. He holds a California Class B General Contractors license. He is a member of the Board of Directors and serves as Secretary of Special Olympics Southern California while also leading the Human Resources and Leadership Enhancement Executive Committee.
